With a cinematic and sensory approach, Christine's photos capture the story of this chapter of your story. The images highlight the one's you love most. Your children, or partner, perhaps grandparent's or even the entire family.  You'll smile under pink blossoms, giggling, laughing, perhaps twirling or cuddling. Cherry Blossom Mini's will take place in Howard County Maryland during peak bloom of the trees. Every gallery comes with 10 images and the option to purchase more. Larger groups may need to purchase two back-to-back sessions.

This session can be tailored for anyone! The 15 minute timeframe is perfectly suited to little one's short attention, senior portraits, or for a couple looking to update their framed artwork. This is also a great session for grandparents (but please see the next question for information about timing).

Due to the shorter nature of this session, mini sessions are best suited for either a singular individual (such as a graduating senior), singular couple, or a family of 5 (parents plus kids or grandparents plus kids). The session can also focus on just the kids. This allows us to get one formal shot (everyone looking at the camera), an action shot (maybe walking through the lavender), and possibly an individual portrait of each person. For larger families, or extended families, please consider booking two, back-to-back sessions. 

This is my first time offering mini-sessions at the lavender farm so I do not have sample images of this session specifically. Therefore, all participant's this year get a special rate!

Don't worry, I have you covered! Just indicate on the form you would like to do a styling call and we'll set up a video call to review outfit suggestions. This type of session will really shine with a lighter color pallet for the whole family with subtle patterns or prints. Click HERE to view an inspiration board. I've created sections within it with shopable outfits from fashion brands such as Gap, Old Navy, Abercrombie, and Baltic Born that would fit this session perfectly.

You can, but due to the focus being on the blossoms, they will only appear in about half the photos (walking shots and the like). Most of our poses are standing shots to make sure we have lots of blooms in the images.

When booking opens, you will select your time, sign the contract, and the full amount will be due. Due to the nature of mini sessions, there are no refunds available or reschedules.  There will be a rain date.
